AFC List Yoga is Back

Yoga is back at AFC.  Laura will begin teaching yoga again on Friday's
beginning this week.  The classes are open to everyone and you are welcome
to join anytime.  The class is from 4:30 - 5:30.  Cost is $8.00 per class.

 

If you aren't attending yoga, please use the back door and lobby during this
time.  

 

Come treat yourself to a healthy activity while the kids fence!
