AFC List Meeting

Hello All,

First, we would like to thank everyone who attended the Kickoff meeting last
night!  We have a good turn out and we really appreciate your coming on a
Friday night and all the good ideas that came out of the meeting.  Thanks
too to everyone who volunteered to help with projects this year.  You all
really confirmed that if asked, people will step up and help.


Okay now for those of you who could not make the meeting last night, we will
have a second meeting on Monday night at 5:30.  It is very important that
everyone attend the information meeting.  We will be discussing the new
policies and the new payment schedule.  The new payment schedule changes and
policies will begin on October 1st and you will not be allowed to take
classes or lessons until you have completed all of the required forms.  So,
please try to attend this very important meeting.


Mark your calendar ‹ on Monday, September 11th, we will have a meeting to
discuss the competition schedule for this year.  The parents of all
competitive fencers should plan to attend this meeting.  If you are new to
fencing and you or your child would like to start fencing competitively, but
your aren¹t sure, please plan to attend this meeting.  We will answer all of
your questions.
