Fundraising - January Yard Sale
We will be having another yard sale on January 22nd. This is a great time
to start your spring cleaning early!!!!!!!!! We really need your unwanted
and unused items. You can begin dropping things off at the club this week.
And, don't forget those big items, couches, refrigerators, beds, etc. If
you have large items, call Sandra or Roxanna to make arrangements.
All the proceeds from the yard sale will go to the Youth Travel Team.
Thanks in advance for your support.
Housekeeping
This week, we placed notes in the bags of those storing their equipment at
the club. We have received complaints about the sloppiness of the cubby
area and the bags left open with equipment hanging out on the floor. We are
asking that everyone who leaves an equipment bag at the club, either in a
cubby or on the floor, please store your equipment properly and neatly. We
are going to designate an area for club members to hang their jackets and
wet shirts in the coming weeks. Once that is in place, you will be able to
hang up damp equipment and zip your bags. We appreciate your help with this
problem.
Lost and Found
The Lost and Found items that are currently in the office, will be donated
to the yard sale, if not claimed by January 20th. In the future, any items
found on the top of the cubbies by the bleachers, will be placed in the lost
and found. This area is visible to everyone and has become a gathering spot
for bottles, dirty clothes, equipment and trash. Once a week, we will clean
off the top of the cubby area and put everything we find in the lost and
found. If you are having a problem finding an place to store your equipment
or don't have an equipment bag, please see Sandra or Roxanna.
