AFC List Recent Technical Difficulties

I just discovered that our mailing list server was having issues sending out 
emails.  There were a few posts queued up that never made it out.  Some of 
the information is now a bit dated but there are still some details that are 
worth communicating.  I will be resending those messages shortly.  My 
apologies for not catching and correcting this issue earlier.
