AFC List Deadline for Group Hotel for Atlanta

Congratualtions to everyone who has qualified for Summer Nationals.

We have a group hotel at a rate of $89.00 plus tax.  The hotel is the 
Best Western Atlanta Airport.  There is both shuttle and Marta service 
available from the hotel so those of you who did not want to rent a car 
will be covered.  Pat, our wonderful travel agent, has prepared packets 
will all the information you need.  I will have them at the club this 
afternoon.

If you plan to stay with the group, you must let me know by Friday 
afternoon.  All the information you need to reserve your room will be in 
the packet.

If you plan to stay somewhere else, please let me know as soon as 
possible.  We need to release the rooms we will not be using by Friday.  
Sorry for the deadlines but rooms in Atlanta are at a premium during the 
Summer Nationals timeframe.  Pat started checking locations back in 
January and this was the best we could do!
